COVID-19 Primary Series Vaccination Appointments at NYU Langone

NYU Langone patients age 5 and older can schedule their first series of COVID-19 vaccination appointments through their NYU Langone Health MyChart账户. 您也可以下载 NYU Langone Health应用程序, log in with your MyChart username and password to quickly and easily schedule your vaccination appointment.

If you are an NYU Langone patient and do not have a MyChart account, 现在创建您的帐户 这样你就可以安排你的预约了. If you are a parent scheduling a vaccination appointment for your child, you must have shared access to your child’s NYU Langone Health MyChart账户 in order to schedule. 参见我们的说明 请求共享访问 (也称为代理访问)到MyChart.

Please do not call your doctor’s office about scheduling your first series of vaccination appointments, as our vaccination appointments are made at specialized sites in Manhattan, 布鲁克林, 皇后区和长岛. You can choose the location and time that is most convenient for you. New appointment times are added weekly, so please continue to check MyChart for availability.

NYU Langone offers the Pfizer–BioNTech, Moderna, Johnson & 约翰逊/詹森疫苗，根据我们现有的供应. These vaccines have been proven to be highly effective at preventing severe disease.

At their first vaccination appointment, all patients will be informed of which vaccine they receive. 病人s ages 5 to 17 receive the Pfizer–BioNTech vaccine, 也被称为Comirnaty, which currently is the only vaccine approved for this age group.

COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Appointments at NYU Langone

People age 16 and older who received the Pfizer–BioNTech vaccine or people age 18 and older who received the Moderna vaccine may receive a booster beginning 6 months after the date of their second dose. 18岁及以上的人接受约翰逊 & Johnson/Janssen vaccine are eligible for a booster beginning two months after the date of their initial dose.

If you are eligible for a booster vaccination, you can schedule your appointment online through your NYU Langone Health MyChart账户. Availability is based on our supply of the vaccines, which may be limited.

You can choose to schedule an appointment for the same type of vaccine you received in your primary vaccination series, or you have the option to choose a different vaccine as your booster. Each of the three available booster vaccines has been shown to increase antibody levels—an indicator of higher levels of protection against COVID-19 infection—regardless of which vaccine you received in your primary series.

We ask that you first contact your doctor before making a vaccination appointment if any of these categories apply to you:

• You had a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine in the past.

• You are taking medications that affect your immune system or have taken corticosteroids for more than 14 days.

You should wait at least 10 days after you have received a positive COVID-19测试 result or 72 hours after your fever ends to schedule a vaccination appointment. We recommend waiting up to a month after COVID-19 infection, as some experts say that is the time needed to ensure your immune system fully responds to the vaccine. 然而, 除非是由你的医生指示, there is no need to wait longer than a month to be vaccinated. 如果你因暴露于COVID-19而被隔离, you can schedule an appointment after your quarantine period ends and you have no COVID-19 symptoms.

Please do not schedule a vaccination or come to NYU Langone to be vaccinated if any of the following statements apply to you:

• You received a COVID-19 diagnosis and were treated with COVID-19 monoclonal antibody infusions or convalescent plasma within the past 90 days.
